Siding
Vinyl and fiber cement siding installed, replaced, and repaired across Bergen County and northern New Jersey.
Bergen County Siding Contractor
Siding is a water management system, not a wall covering
Most siding failures we are called out to have nothing to do with the siding itself. The panels are fine. What failed is behind them: housewrap that was never lapped correctly, window flashing that was skipped, or sheathing that was already soft when the last crew covered it up.
Siding is designed to shed most of the water and let the rest drain out from behind. That only works if every layer underneath was installed in the right order. We tear off to the sheathing, fix what we find, and document it with photos before the new material goes on, because it is the last time anyone will see that wall for twenty years.

These are averages from completed projects, not quotes. Final pricing depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the square footage of the walls, the material you choose, and what we find once the old layer comes off. Replacement figures include tear-off and disposal; new-build installation costs less because there is nothing to remove. Every estimate is free and written after an on-site inspection.

Three ways to solve a siding problem
Vinyl Siding
The most common choice in Bergen County, and for good reason. Insulated backing options improve thermal performance, colors are through-dyed so scratches do not show a different color underneath, and it does not need painting.
- Insulated backing available for energy efficiency
- No painting, no staining, no annual upkeep
- Widest color and profile selection
- Lowest cost per square foot installed
Fiber Cement
Costs more up front and holds up better over time. Fiber cement handles the New Jersey freeze-thaw cycle without cupping or warping, resists impact, and carries a fire rating vinyl cannot match.
- Handles freeze-thaw without warping or cupping
- Impact and fire resistant
- Holds paint for 12-15 years between coats
- Reads as wood from the curb, at a fraction of the maintenance
Repair & Partial Replacement
Not every job is a full re-side. Storm damage, a failed elevation, or rot behind the trim is often a targeted repair. We tell you honestly when a patch will look wrong from the street and when it will not.
- Storm and impact damage repair
- Single-elevation replacement
- Trim, soffit, and fascia wrap
- Colour and profile matching where the product is still made
The All Elite Standard
We do not side over problems. We take the wall down to sheathing, fix what is wrong, photograph it, and build back correctly.
The Process
What happens on your house, in order
Tear-off and inspection
The old siding comes off so we can see the sheathing. This is where rot, failed housewrap, and old water damage turn up, none of which is visible with the siding still on the wall.
Sheathing repair
Any compromised sheathing is replaced before anything new goes up. Siding installed over soft sheathing will not hold a fastener, and the failure shows up in two years, not twenty.
Weather-resistive barrier
Housewrap is installed and lapped correctly so water that gets behind the siding drains out instead of sitting against the sheathing. Siding is a rain screen, not a seal.
Flashing and trim detail
Windows, doors, and transitions get flashed before the siding runs. This is the step most failures trace back to, and the step a homeowner can never inspect afterward.
Siding installation
Courses are set level, fastened to manufacturer spec with room to expand and contract, and cut clean at every penetration. Over-nailed siding buckles in July.
Soffit, fascia, and final walkthrough
Soffit and fascia are wrapped, the site is cleaned with a magnetic sweep, and we walk the whole elevation with you before the crew leaves.

Featured Project
James St, Rochelle Park
Roof, siding, gutters, and trim replaced together as one coordinated exterior renovation. One crew, one timeline, one point of contact. Doing the siding and the roofline at the same time meant every flashing detail where the two meet was handled by the same people, on the same day.

Siding questions we get every week
How much does siding replacement cost in Bergen County?
Our average siding replacement is $16,389.02 and the average siding repair is $1,094.77. Square footage and material drive the difference most. Fiber cement costs more than vinyl up front and lasts longer in the New Jersey freeze-thaw cycle.
Vinyl or fiber cement, which should I choose?
Vinyl if you want the lowest installed cost and no maintenance. Fiber cement if you plan to stay in the house long-term and want impact and fire resistance. We bring samples and show you both against your actual house before you decide.
How long does a siding job take?
Most homes are completed in three to five days. Larger homes, multiple elevations, or sheathing repair found during tear-off add time. We confirm the schedule in writing before the crew arrives.
Can you replace just one side of my house?
Yes, and sometimes that is the right call. The honest limitation is colour: vinyl fades over time, so a new panel next to a fifteen-year-old panel rarely matches even when it is the same product. We will tell you before you spend the money.
Do you replace gutters and trim at the same time?
Usually, and it costs less than doing them separately. Soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters all interact with the siding at the roofline, so doing them together means one crew, one schedule, and one set of flashing details done consistently.
Do you serve my town?
We work throughout Bergen County and into Passaic, Essex, Hudson, and Morris. Hackensack, Paramus, Teaneck, Fair Lawn, Ridgewood, Maywood, and Rochelle Park are all regular territory. Call (551) 335-9235 to confirm your address.
